1.The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you, the organization that signs up, and BitMask LLP, which operates Fixedmark ([Operator fills: registration number], [Operator fills: registered address]). By creating an account or using the service you accept them, and the person who accepts them confirms they may bind the organization.
The data processing agreement forms part of these terms.
2.The service
Fixedmark gives your app static outbound IP addresses. Your app sends traffic through a Fixedmark proxy over HTTP CONNECT, SOCKS5, or the fm tunnel CLI, and the destination sees one of your Fixedmark addresses. Fixedmark passes encrypted traffic through without decrypting it and never stores its content.
3.Accounts and access
Owners of an organization manage its members, roles, API keys, and proxy credentials, and are responsible for what is done with them. Keep credentials secret, and rotate or revoke any that may have leaked. Tell us at support@fixedmark.com about any unauthorized use.
4.Trial, plans, and billing
Every new account gets one 7-day trial of Starter with 1 GB of bandwidth, no card needed. The trial runs on a shared IP pair, so do not register its addresses with a broker or a partner that needs an address only you use; a dedicated pair comes with Pro at $29 a month.
| Plan | Price a month | Bandwidth | Connection logs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $9 | 20 GB | 1 day |
| Pro | $29 | 100 GB | 7 days |
| Business | $79 | 500 GB | 30 days |
| Scale | $199 | 5 TB | 30 days |
Plans are billed monthly by Paddle or Razorpay, depending on your country, or by Vercel when you install Fixedmark from the Vercel Marketplace. When a plan's bandwidth reaches 80 percent we email the owners. At 100 percent traffic slows down unless you buy a bandwidth pack, and at 120 percent it stops until the next period or a pack.
Refunds: [Operator fills: refund policy].
5.Your IP addresses
A dedicated address is yours for as long as your plan includes it, and is never given to another customer, even after you leave.
When a plan ends, its addresses keep working for a 7-day grace period, then are suspended. You can reactivate a suspended address for your account until it is retired, 90 days after the suspension. A retired address goes back to the cloud provider and is never assigned to another Fixedmark customer.
6.Acceptable use
Fixedmark gives your app dedicated static IPs for calls to the services that allowlist them. It is not a general proxy network.
Rotating, residential, or scraping use is forbidden. You may not use Fixedmark to rotate through addresses, to resell or share addresses as a proxy pool, to present traffic as coming from a residential connection, or to crawl or scrape sites that have not agreed to it.
An account whose traffic fans out to a large number of distinct hosts is suspended automatically, and an account found in rotating, residential, or scraping use is suspended. Support reinstates a suspended account once the use has stopped.
Outbound mail is limited. Port 25 is blocked by our cloud providers and opens only after the provider grants a ticket. Ports 465 and 587 open after account verification. Sending unsolicited mail leads to suspension.
7.Support and availability
Write to support@fixedmark.com. We answer Starter within 1 business day, Pro within 1 business day, Business within 4 business hours, Scale within 4 business hours. Live service health is on the status page.
Plans that list service credits earn a credit when a region's monthly availability falls below [Operator fills: credit threshold and credit amount]. No other plan carries an availability commitment.
8.Suspension, cancellation, and deletion
We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use rules or puts a shared address at risk, and we tell the owner why. You may cancel your plan at any time.
An owner can delete the organization from the dashboard. Deletion revokes its keys and credentials at once, cancels billing, and purges its data 30 days later, keeping only the records the DPA lists. An organization billed through a Heroku or Vercel subscription is removed there first.
9.Warranties and liability
[Counsel fills: warranty disclaimer, liability cap, and exclusions]
10.Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by [Counsel fills: governing law], and disputes go to [Counsel fills: courts or arbitration seat].
When these terms change we update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
